Mitchell Greene, Ph.D.
Dr. Mitchell Greene is a nationally recognized licensed clinical and sport psychologist with over 15 years of experience. He specializes in providing personalized solutions for athletes pursuing high-performance goals, as well as educating coaches and athletic departments on mental health and performance strategies.

Lauren Ruhl, LPC, CSCS
Lauren Ruhl, LPC and Sport Psychology Clinician, began her career after a college basketball injury. With a master’s in Sport & Performance Psychology, she offers counseling, mental skills training, and workshops for athletes, parents, coaches, and sports professionals at Greenepsych.

Luna Ugrenović, Ph.D., EMDR-T
Luna Ugrenović, Ph.D., EMDR-T, is a mental health therapist and sport psychology consultant. A former Serbian national rower, she helps athletes and performers balance performance pressures with mental well-being, guiding them to excel in sports, arts, and high-pressure fields.

Madelon Wood, M.Ed.
Madelon “Maddie” Wood is an intern and mental health specialist at Greenepsych. A Berwyn, Pennsylvania native, she grew up playing tennis and lacrosse at Conestoga High School before continuing her athletic career at the University of Florida, where she competed in club lacrosse.

Milly Routledge, M.S.
Milly Routledge, MS, is a therapist and sports psychology consultant providing counseling to athletes, teams, and coaches. She helps athletes balance sport commitment with self-care, and offers teams and coaches strategies to improve performance and manage mental health.

Marty Kupprion
Marty Kupprion, known as Coach Kupp, joins Greenepsych as the Youth Sports Development Specialist and Parent Coach. With over 20 years in education, coaching, and sports management, he is dedicated to fostering a positive youth sports culture for athletes, families, and coaches.

Sam Murphy
Sam Murphy, a former high school guidance counselor, has over 30 years of coaching girls’ lacrosse and field hockey. Now focused on supporting sports parents, she draws on her experience raising three sons, two of whom played Division I lacrosse.

Michael Ketner
Dr. Michael Ketner is a classically trained musician who draws on his own experience as a performer and his training as a coach and consultant to help performing artists master their mental approach to performance.

Clayton Platt
Clayton Platt’s professional background reflects his diverse interests and talents. He joins Greenepsych as a mental health and performance consultant.

Michael Sachs, Ph.D.
Michael Sachs, Ph.D., CMPC, is a Consultant at Greenepsych, after 30 years teaching at Temple University. A former president of AASP and APA’s Division 47, he specializes in exercise psychology. At Greenepsych, he offers sport psychology training for students and clinicians.

Pearce Cucchissi
Pearce Cucchissi joins Greenepsych as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. He works with collegiate teams to improve culture, develop disciplined mindsets, set meaningful goals, and build mental toughness on the field.

Becky O’Hara
Becky joined Dr. Greene in 2015 as his Office Manager handling scheduling and billing.
