Lauren Ruhl, LPC, Director of our Injury Rehabilitation Recovery Program, presented at the AASP Springfield Northeast Regional Conference on the Rollercoaster of Injury Recovery. The conference integrates wellness in spirit, mind, and body with sport, exercise, and performance psychology. Its aim is to teach students how to bring an interdisciplinary focus to their work.
