We had a blast presenting Session 2 of the Winter Wellness Series with NXT Lacrosse. In this session, we discussed Mind Chatter, one of our favorite topics. It is the inner dialogue that tends to come in during the most stressful times. It makes sure to tell us all that could go wrong. 3 great takeaways from last night are:
